Beginner Combinations

Updated 6/10/11

Here is a compiled list of some combinations I have put together.
Many of them have different names in the bellydance community, which is wonderful although sometimes confusing. When looking at the combinations, please look at the description. You may or may not recognize the movement already!

Snake in a Basket: this can be either tribal or cabaret combination

Triple Undulation Backbend: this can be either tribal or cabaret combination

Angling to the either left or right,

*Please remember: when doing a backbend, it is imperative that you do not go further than you are able. The goal of bellydancing is not to hurt yourself! It is to enjoy yourself.
